Returns & Exchanges

DSMNY E-SHOP accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards included to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
